Exclusive 5 Course Bordeaux Wine Dinner

Join us for an Exclusive 5 Course Bordeaux Wine Dinner in our beautiful restaurant in Sarasota's Southside Village!

What is included:

First Course:

• Stuffed Zucchini Blossoms
• Wine Pairing: Augustine 2022 Bordeaux Blanc

Second Course:

• Spinach & ‘Feta’ Puff Pastry Tart
• Wine Pairing: Chateau Auguste 2022 Grand Bordeaux Rosé

Third Course:

• Baked Cashew ‘Brie’ with Red Wine Roasted Grapes
• Wine Pairing: Chateau Gaby 2014 Silver Label

Fourth Course:

• Tender Seitan Roast (or GF Seed Loaf) with Red Wine Gravy, fine Celeriac Mash & Port Wine Infused Red Cabbage
• Wine Pairing: Chateau Moya 2015 Bordeaux

Dessert:

• Red-Wine Poached Pear with Cinnamon ‘Cream’

Seating starts at 5:30 pm, Dinner starts at 6:00 pm and it will end at approximately 8:00 pm. 

Michael will tell you interesting things about the wines we have selected for this evening.

Cost: Dinner $100, Wine pairing $45. 

Price per person + tax & tips. We use Stripe for payment processing.

You will receive a separate email with your reservation confirmation and payment information.

All Wines will be available at a special rate for you to take home or pick up on January 25th.

Cancellation policy

Required Notice: 72 hours prior to the dinner for full refund… We would really appreciate as much notice as possible.

If cancellation comes after the 72 hour window closes, a fee of 25$ per registered person will be due.

For cancellations within 24 hours prior to the event or if you do not cancel and are a "no-show", no refund will be issued.
